星に願いを

７月７日、七夕でしたね。
なんだかすっごい久しぶりでした、七夕。

子どもの時、短冊に何書いたっけなぁー・・・覚えてないなぁ・・・

It was Tanabata (the Star Festival) on July 7.
It was very after a long time.

What did I write in the Tanzaku paper when I was a child? I don't remember...






で、七夕祭りに行ってみました。
昔っからのお飾り。なんだか懐かしさが込み上げてくるわぁ。

And I went to the Tanabata Festival.
This is a decoration that doesn't change for a long time. Nostalgy...



おっ！スポンジ・ボブ！（って、私１回もアニメ見たことないんだわ・・・）

おっ！トトロ！
あー、またトトロ見よっかなー・・・

Oh! Totoro!
I want to see the movie again soon... I love him!



昔古着屋で働いていた時、近所のスーパーで竹を買ってきてお店の入り口に飾り、その脇に短冊とペンを置いてみたら、かなりのお客さんが短冊にお願い事を書いて竹に吊るしてくれたことがありました。
ふふふ、日本人だもの。短冊あったら書きたくなるよねー。

その後、お客さんの願いはきちんと神社に納めました。
叶ってるといいなぁ・・・


When I worked in a second hand shop, we bought a small bamboo at super market and set it on the door. And we put down Tanzaku papers and pen sideward of that.
Then many people wrote down their wishes on Tanzaku and hanged them on the bamboo.
Yes, we are Japanese, we come to want to write Tanzaku paper!

After that, we went to a shtine and put many Tanzaku papers there.
I wish their wishes have came true...



次回は、七夕食べ物編です。笑
